Step 1

Solutions Consultation: We have excellent design team providing free pre-sales consultation and Q&A.

Step 2

Field Measurement: We have professional measuring team to conduct field measurement in order to guarantee that furniture and soft decoration are beautifully fit and adapt to the property environments.

Step 3

Order Confirmation: Our operation team will confirm with clients on the design schedule before an order is placed with payments.

Step 4

Furniture Configuration: We will prepare furniture packages within two weeks and shall make collision-proof packing.

Step 5

Installation Appointment: We will confirm with clients or a third party entrusted by client on a door-to-door installation time.

Step 6

Delivery and Installation: We will arrange the delivery and installation of the fabulous furniture within 2 working days.

Step 7

Sanitation & Disinfection: After installation, we will conduct comprehensive sanitation and disinfection work towards your entire property to assure that clients can live safely.

Step 8

Final Acceptance: After installation and sanitation, we will inform clients for a final acceptance. If it is not possible for clients to be present, then they will be sent a virtual tour link to their designated email address.

Step 9

After-sales Service: All of our furnitures
come with a warranty of six months and the maintenance team will be responsible for free on-site maintenance. If the furniture is faulty or unrepairable, we will replace with new ones within the guarantee period for free.
